When a standard product does not suit the application, Metron Engineering can develop project-specific fabricated steelwork from a client drawing, site measurement, existing component or defined functional requirement. Engineering, detailing and fabrication documentation are coordinated so the final design is practical to manufacture and install. Typical work can include equipment frames, bases, skids, guards, chutes, walkways, platforms, brackets, access steelwork and one-off fabricated assemblies. Material selection, connection details, protective coating, lifting requirements and installation interfaces can be developed to suit the project.
Provide drawings, photographs, dimensions, loads, material requirements, site conditions, required quantity and any applicable client specifications.
